First off I got the car with an obd1 mini me in it NOT RUNNING for $100. Motor looks good so im guessing its electrical. Im planning on spending around $2500ish to do a turbo D16.

Plans:

vitara piston/rod set up (ebay) a6 bottom/ z6 head
y8 intake manifold
some ebay or maybe blox throttle body 68mm
hondata IMG
oem headgasket
arp head studs
crower stage 2t camshaft
aem tru time cam (already on the car, should i use this or the oem z6?)
Some clutch that should last a decent amount of time but still on the cheaper side.

cx racing piping,t bolts, couplers, intercoolers
cast iron log manifold with t3/t4 turbo
garrett .60 trim turbo with all necessary feeds/returns
turbo xs bov, tial 38mm wastegate

1000cc injectors


walbro 255 fuel pump

hondata s100 p28

Assuming I will need: map sensor, boost controller

Anybody else have input on this list of goods or bads or recommendations? If i go over my budget its ok but I am a used parts shopper on this car.

Plans to be gutted and beaten and run 2x psi after I get some money for tune/slicks which are not included in my budget.

also, its snowy here in nebraska and Im not able to get it into the garage so its gonna be slow process depending on weather. Hope to sell my K24a2 to fund this project and run at Import Faceoff in K.C. in May. (If i can get caught up on all the rules/restrictions)
