Default 85mm bore too big for a resleeved B20b?
Turbo of course. Is 85mm pushing it too much?

if it is resleeved then that is fine. Stock sleeves I don't recommend going past 84.5 though.

My friend just got his block back from GEM in 86mm (for all motor). He had a few coversations with the guy at golden eagle about that larg bore, he said even though the sleeves are pretty thin, they will still handle ALOT of boost!!!!!
