850cc injectors maxxed out at 330whp?
I have a d16 turbo on e85 with Bosch 850cc injectors and my tuner told me I'm at 100% duty cycle with the injectors and my tuner couldnt hold the AFR in the 11's. It will spike up to 12.6 in full boost. I made 330whp on 12psi with e85. My buddy was using DSM 560cc and his maxxed out and made 293whp on 10psi with e85. The tuner doesn't know what could be wrong so anyone have any ideas? Brand new fuel filter, even up the static fuel pressure to 50psi and still nothing.

Could be your fuel pump dying. What pump do you have? It's a good idea to wire it straight to the battery with a relay if you haven't already.

Yeah I was thinking the fuel pump is giving up but it holds a static pressure at 45psi and while in boost, the pressure rised but didn't drop or anything. I'm using the stock plugs on the walbro 255

Raising static pressure lowers power handling at max pressure.
Using Injector Rehab's injector sizing calculator and a BASF of .6, that actually sounds right. E85 takes more injector than pump 93 does.

Stealth 316 - Fuel Pump Re-Wire
Just use a relay. It is super simple to wire and will cost less then $20 for everything from your local parts store. The write up linked is not for a honda, but the wiring is basically the same.
Apparently you can also punch the pressure bypass on the walbro 255 pumps to get more flow out of them at higher fuel pressures, but I have no experience doing this just something to look into if you wanna get everything you can out of your fuel pump.

with evo 560cc injectors and e85 we max them out around 260whp.... we had to bump use base fuel pressure a little to get 280whp. stock 1.8bvtec motor walbro 225, stock rail,

You also have to remember that E85 takes roughly 35%-40% more fuel to make the same power as gasoline.
If you factor that in you get around 440hp on gasoline with your injectors. This sounds about right.
Bottom line is you need more injector and likely more fuel pump. You can punch the bypass valve on the 255 and get way more fuel flow out of it safely, adding a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump only increases fuel flow (to a point).
Get bigger injectors, hard wire the pump, punch the bypass, get larger injectors and go from there
