I have a 76mm d16y8 stock sleeves. I had to go 76mm since the cylinder walls were messed up after my first rebuild which was 75.5mm.

I have a ramhorn manifold, precision 3431 turbo, 3" open dump exhaust behind the radiator, cp 9.0.1 pistons, eagle rods, stock head. 17psi wastegate and a golden eagle blockguard

I wanna make 375-400whp. no more than 400whp but im on stock sleeves. I tried looking up info but thought id ask the professtionals what you think... Alot of people say im gonna crack the block and alot of people say they have seem people make 400+whp on stock sleeves but than again im not sure...

i've been at about 400whp on my 76 vitara/stock sleeve setup for 2 years, has about a hundred pulls on the street, track and dyno, no problems yet.

My old CRX was 76mm not quite that power but I tuned it myself and drove the **** out of that car for over a year and its still running in a friends car so your good for a while

MAD SOHC

I did 413.5whp with stock sleeves 317ft tq. on E85 75.5mm bore Can make 500whp easy but 413.5whp is plenty for a daily diver! 500whp just ain't fun when your all over the road!
