got an email and phone call from AJ Rosario(ht user name- chokeonmysmoke) this week with an update of his setup.
This is where they are "stopping the tuning on the dyno and moving on to the track for the 2010 season"

Seems right where it should be for that level of boost.
That is some serious boost creep right there. Where does it hit 26lbs? Also why 3rd gear pull?

So I'll leave it to him and the tuner to answer all the questions for us
edit: I was personally thinking the tq looked a bit low, just not sure how this dyno reads or the correction factor input.

Im Shawn with momentum autowerks. I have to review the logs miller to tell you where the peak boost was acheived. I dyno'ed the car in third to attempt to save the stock tranny. The car did experience some creep. The turbo did experience some lag while on the dyno. It was tuned on hondata s300.

Plenty is wrong when none of it is in the midrange.
Didn't realize this was tuned in Hagerstown. Momentum's Dynojet is fine though. It's a ****ing dyno. Too much focus is put on the physical numbers by people on forums rather than making sure the engine is delivering power the way it should be.
Good numbers, Shawn. But get something going to increase the boost in the midrange or somehow minimize the creep issue. A level boost plot will show a much healthier torque curve.
Is this car local to the Maryland area? Will I get a chance to see the beast in action at Mason?! :D

Re: 721whp@26psi S372
I believe the wastegate has two different spring rates which contributed to some of the torque issues. The car wasn't assembled by me, just gone over. Many of the bugs worked out and then tuned. There were things that could have been done to produce more tourque and more power. Due to time constraints and budget we didn't get to change some things on the set up. There was a lot of time getting AJ's car to this point. The s300 boost solenoid was used. Overall, was happy how the car turned out. The car has plenty more in it.

Re: 721whp@26psi S372
looks like maybe you arent using the hondata boost solenoid??? if its a MAC solenoid, you need to input the correct Hz for the solenoid in on S300, or you get creep issues. Just an idea, as we had this same issue on a customer car.

Maybe he didn't hold the boost solenoid open or at a high duty until target psi is achieved then taper the duty cycle down. Just a
Thought. This way the car would make peak torque at a lower rpm and not to mention more. But to each his own.
