do you mean the FITV lines?
you can bypass that by just joining the lines together,.
the IACV is on the back of the intake manifold, and does not have antything to do with the throttle body

it should idle the same.
I have a 65mm edelbrock throttle body with a FITV blockoff plate and it idles the same, all the blockoff plate does is join the lines together.

The VictorX 70mm and 75mm throttle bodies are completely different fron the 65mm PerformerX throttle body. They are basically Mustang throttle bodies with throttle cable connections and adapter plates for putting them on a Honda/Acura. They have no IACV air passage, and you have to do something different -w- the IACV if you want your idle to be controlled by your ECU.

I drilled a port on my IACV and put a breather filter on it, and filled my IACV passage in on my manifold before I had it port matched to the TB.

I've got a 99 D16Y8, installed a 71mm TB with my own block off plate. Just connected the two hoses together. Idle was not effected at all....
