515 hp track ITR Turbo Dyno
Today I was on the Dyno with my new setup. It went out better than I ever thought.
0,8-0,9 Bar: 447 PS to the fly
1,1-1,2 Bar: 515 PS to the fly
about 1,4 Bar: 510 PS to the fly
Something is the bottleneck now I think. I run oem TB, oem valve size, etc. The fullsize Fluidyne radiator matched perfect with the minimi turbo manifold I got. Turbo is a Precision SC44
Tourque is nice too. 550nm with 1,4 Bar. 511 with 1,2 Bar
The old setup with a standard T3/T04e charger was 430hp to the fly with 1,2 bar. Now I have more hp with just 0,8-0,9 Bar. *gg* can not wait to get back on the track!!!!
I run 720cc injectors and I have reached the limit of them too!
this is new:

I will post the dynsheets later.

I was gonna say, I thought you were a young pretty boy from previous pics I have seen!!!
Good stuff though, I got a few questions on the minime manifold, I'll pm you about it.

here is the comparison between 1,2 and 1,4 bar. only between 5500 und 6500rpm is more power.

so what? does that mean somehow it's not holding him back? you think they rated the IC with his exact set up?
515 whp is probably over 600 to the crank anyway

"1,1-1,2 Bar: 515 PS to the fly"
I would guess "515 PS to the fly" means at the flywheel.

Nice setup. That track shot looks nice. Sure looks like a lot more fun then drag racing... How were your oil and water temps after a session? That has always been my biggest fear about tracking my integra.

Re: (sp00led)
it def. looks like you need to figure a way to strap it down to the dyno better. try crossing the straps so it doesn't move from side to side

Re: (BoostR41)
the side to side movement was only when the throttle was left out. we had no traction probs during the run.
oil temp is max 125 degree celsius
water temp is like on oem tegs. one line before the center line on the oem gauge

Don't you think the late spool will slow you down at the track? As far as I can see you don't get 1,4bar until well over 6000rpm?

Remember this is a European dyno, probably a Bosh unit. They read WAY lower than the Dynojets people tend to use in the US. Often as much as 15% lower from what I've seen. So these are really good numbers .
