510cc / 10.5 = 48.6 lb/hr.
48.6 lb/hr x 4 x 80% duty / .50 BSFC = 311 hp, conservatively.

If these are low impedance they can handle more than 80% duty, and if you have a FMU the power supported will go up in a ratio of (max fuel pressure- max boost pressure) / 44 psi. However if you are making enough boost to make this level of power, and are using 91 octane fuel, your BSFC may go up to .55 or even .6 to prevent detonation.

Why run such small injectors on a turbo car?
I had 550 injectors in a turbo GSR motor. 30 seconds in fifth gear melted my fully built motor to scrap. All it takes is a little more boost and you are toast.
Run 720's, you are much less likely to lean out or max out your injectors.

Default Re: 510 cc injector and big fuel pump can handle how many hp and boost (Turbo E 604)

With 550's I was maxed out at 375 hp. My turbo car was only running 12psi boost. The turbo was a Garrett super 50 and everything else was standard Drag 3 issue. When I made 15 psi in fifth, I am sure I was pushing over 400. Nothing any tuner would do would have saved my motor. I good tuner knows not to push a set of injectors past 80%. The duty cycle becomes too short and there is more chance of failure. The best question is how much does your turbo support. If your turbo supports 450 hp, then you should get injectors that handle that much hp like 720's. You also need to have your tuner tune your map out to higher level of boost, in case you have a boost spike. Boost controllers, waste gates are all subject to failure. You may run low boost day to day, but a boost spike is all it takes to destroy a built motor in seconds. I was mislead to think a built motor (sleeves, pistons, rods etc) makes it indestructible, not true.
My car should have had 720's. I bought the car with the 550's. Ignorance is what caused my car to blow up.

good advice. still your tuner should have accounted for boost spikes during tuning.

Using 97 octane you can safely tune to a lower BSFC, but even at .5, you will be pushing the injectors to 102% duty. Not possible. 400 hp is not doable with 510cc injectors.

With 720cc injectors, you can make 400 hp at a conservative .55 BSFC and a safe 80% duty. But even then, if you have poor tuning, and have to compensate with more fuel, you will quickly run out of injector.

And here I am talking about Bhp. 400 Whp is not doable with either.
