9 psi's car is very nice, quick as **** too, Karl's car hit 11's I believe out here at mir on drag radials, I think 11.9 before he sold it Karl, will set the record straight if I am mistaken. I know he was trying his hardest to hit 11's.Both Karl and his set up are sick. Kevin Inge also hit a low 12 before he went a best of 12.2 or 12.3, on slicks he went 11.3@125.
on slicks Kevin went 10.8....thats with a littlge giggle gas though....stock block and T3/T4 setup....only people I hear about running 10's has straight up T4's

Yep he went 10.7 actually at vmp on the jug, before the jug his best pass was 11.3, on slicks. On drag radials, he went 12.2 or 12.3, his car is awesome I hope it comes back form the body shop in it's former glory. I think you can run 10's on a t3/t4 turbo just need the fuel system set up to support the boost you need. Kevins set up uses a afc, and 440 cc injectors, he is limited on how much boost he can run. Most people with that set up make a max of 370 to the wheels" I am sure there might some freaks out there that made more".Thats why most of the cars are stuck in low 11 second territory. Most people that step up to management go with bigger turbo anyways cause they want huge gains. But I think a t3/t4 turbo with a big compressor, and exhaust section could easily make 500, just have to run 26 pounds or more to do it. Just at the top of 4th gear with that type of setup the turbo run's out of steam and heats the air more than a bigger more effiecient t4 size compressor. Disclammer-"I seriously believe what I am saying that does not mean I am right" Jason
Ps. 9psihybrid I am sorry for wasting bandwith on your for sale post

No problem man. Like Paul said, 31psi at a low 7600 rpm. I have a GM 3bar map which is only good to like 29psi. At 28psi the car made 507 @ 8200rpm. The motor has never seen over 8500rpm. Last year the car went 11.68 @ 121 with 370's and a VAFC on a GSR ecu @ 17psi with baby 20x8 slicks.

Just my .02

as for the competition for jason hunt. It could've happen, when we built this car we've been on a very tight budget and its been some time coming to get it where it is now. the car easily had another 50hp in it on the boost ( 3.5 bar sensor 35psi or so ) and " the jug " was on the list to be added. So who know what kind of HP could of happen. Also had about 3-400 lbs to loose to get down to jason's weight. But who knows... its all bench racing right ?

Just kinda ran out of money couldnt push it to that next level with our budget for go fast parts and our budget for breaking parts.

Does Inlinepro want to buy this one too ?

A/R is .58 with a P trim wheel .. i like to keep the housing relatively small and the wheel large to keep the velocity of the exhaust up . It spooled pretty good .. it would only bogg going into third if 2nd spunn really hard and robbie got into third @ too low of a MPH. Other than that we could always keep the revs up. Even with a low RevLimit 8400 or so

Robbie will have to reply to that one..

it started in the high 4k range.. and hit real damn hard (pretty much all the way) in the high 5k i think. but i was always the passenger along for the fun ride. didnt pay attention to the gauge and tach @ the same time.

I would sell the motor seperatly, shoot me an email and tell me what all you want and I will come up with a price.

Like BringIt said, turbo hits about 5 psi around 4500 and peaks around 5500-5800 depending on how much boost. Not very good for tires or driving on the street.

If the car or motor are not sold, it will be faster next year.

That video doesn't show much but I missed third I think and just decided to abort the run. I knew I wasn't going to win anyways unless he broke on the line or something. It was a whopping 14 second pass hehe. I do have some good videos of my car just not on the web currently. Try sweettalking BringIt into putting them on for me lol.

35 psi holly ****!I have not had mine over 25 pounds My .02 I believe any body can be my competion thats why I work real hard I take everyone serious. So I dont want any one thinking that I am throwing my **** out there in a in your face way I also want to say that my car never had a bottle on it, hell it has not been on a dyno except for intial tunning, I believe in track tunning. The car weighs 2140 with me in it. I know that is light for you fat civic owners but cut me a break Also I was on a tight budget this past winter under 10 g's in my current setup.I hope the inline comment was not towards me because I am not with that shop

no no no ..

inline bought Jinx's Car thats what the comment was for.

dont be scared of the boost. thats a turbocar tuners best friend. need more power make sure the turbo is still in efficency and turn it up. Doesnt look like we'll have the chance to make more power though.

Robbie has had a few people interested in his motorswap/turbo setup so the chance of selling is looking pretty good i guess.

keep it up jason.. i want to see a street driven mid 9 second honda this year. too bad itll fall behind to the low 9 second Street Driven DSMs this year ;-)

Keep up the Good Work

I've decided to sell my car to start another project. Go here for info: http://community.webtv.net/Roboseal/ForSale
I don't have the money to buy it, but I'll give you $5 if you'll let me come over and hump it.
