483whp on 7psi stock block s2k
Made awesome power for the low boost and pump gas. Have to say the pte6262 is hella fun. Has a Wilson 80mm TB and a one off intake manifold with velocity stacks. Ported head with stock stuffs for now. Just wanted to post up a pic now that's its ip and running. It walked a new z06 tonight!!!!!

Great power for only 7# on the 6262. What management you on, what kind of dyno, can you post a sheet, etc? More info please!

Aem v1 and more power soon just wanted to drive it ill get the dyno sheet. It was in a dyno jet. Has id1000 so not to much power left to go. Miller did a good job tuning it.

As far as pump. For now I'm not saying as far as the injectors being done just as far a usable power. All ready broke one trans.

I love that setup. It is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. It looks like you really tried to do it right.
I'm sure the custom intake and headwork help, but those numbers do seem a bit high. To make 483 whp on 7 psi of boost, you would need to be making around 322 whp NA. That doesn't change the fact that this looks like a great setup that's been well planned and fabricated. If it is engineered as well as it looks, I have no doubt that it would make significantly more power than the average S2000 turbo kit.

I made the intake manifold. It has velocity stacks in the plentum and a radiused flange that that the Wilson 80mm tb bolts to ill find the pics from when I wa making it/welding it.

I would like to see a dyno graph with boost reference... a 6262 is not making nearly 70whp per lb of boost.
The engine bay is gorgeous but the numbers in relation to boost are simply hard to even believe. Id love to see a dyno graph.

Believe it or not, it does make 483hp on pump 93 octane. "Machn1st" and I custom made the kit with Kings Performance manifold. Fab'd up the intake manifold with parts laying around the shop and port/polished the head with our own custom valve job/shrouding. The block is bone stock (bought off Craigslist for $200) has an $11 eBay headgasket with ARP head studs. AP2 springs/retainers on the intake side. Will post up the dyno graph ASAP. Was tuned on AEM by Chris Miller off the waste gate which is 7lbs .....BUT, it does creep up to 8lbs at high rpms.
Will hook up to the boost controller next week for boost by gear and a few more psi. Could not believe the power it made. Car is torque less of course, but feels like no other boosted S2000 I've been in.

My thoughts exactly; hence, my question which still remains unanswered. I dont see the point in running such a large turbo at such low boost when a smaller turbo and higher boost would give the same power, but have a lot better powerband. That's my $.02
