Default 450cc injectors in OBD2 clips install (I SWEAR I SEARCHED)

Im sorry Im beating a dead horse but I cant find a straight answer for this... I have a 96 (OBD2) civic ex with B18C1 swap and about to intall some dsm 450cc injectors.

I read peoples posts but I need a straight answer... is there anyway to use my stock OBD2 clips (by altering them) or do I have to have other clips? If I need other clips do I need HONDA OBD1 clips or DSM OBD1 clips?

Also, I read the article on homemadeturbo.com about the install but most people say they use the stock seals where as the site says buy NAPA ones. Those that dremel their seals... how do you eliminate the dust from entering the intake manifold? I dont have a spare manifold laying around to bore them out in.

Sorry Im just rather nervous, as to me, I think the injector install is the hardest part of my entire project.

just cut the little tab inside the 450cc injector, that's it.. after you cut it, i'll fit on the 96+ civic clips

you can either bore out your stock seals or buy new ones and bore it... it's cheap, just buy new ones and bore them.. and don't bore them on the manifold, just use some kinda of vice clamp and hold it and bore it

Hey, I'm the other guy. lol

Anyway, you have the injectors already right? Go unplug one of your injector clips, hold it beside the injectors and you'll see why I say they won't fit.

Honda OBD0, OBD1, DSM, and lots of other dodge/mitsubishi clips, they'll all fit. If you're worried, bring one of the injectors to a junkyard and test fit it before you pull them.

yea they dont work. They (obd2 plugs) just dont plug in what-so-ever. Obd1 and obd0 do however if you cut a little part of the injector.

What you need is some GM clips, RC clips, dsm clips, or obd0/1 honda clips.

My friends have used these (they are cheap..you can get them at autozone) or RC clips which you can get from importparts.com..but costs like $40.

When you dremel the stock seals....you don't do it with the seals in the manifold.

dont go too large either...youll know you went too big when you go to start up and the engine is bounces off the rev limiter. I went too big on my first seal drill. I say, "dont drill them."
