Sleeves of your choice (golden eagle, darton, aebs, benson, etc...)
Pistons of your choice (cp, endyn, weisco, je, arias, srp, etc...)
Rods of your choice (eagle, manley, crower, pauter, etc....)
Block girdle of your choice (endyn, z10, oem gsr)
Oil pan (OEM gsr, or Moroso if you want to spend the $$$$)
Head studs of your choice (aebs, arp)
main bolts of your choice (aebs, arp, oem GSR)
With some quality machine work, a combination of any of the above parts will handle 450whp if it is assembled correctly.

To use the GSR girdle on a LS block you must have the center legs on the girdle milled down 14mm (if I remember right), then file off the number on the center main cap, after that it is a bolt on matter. It is also a good idea to have all 6 holes on the 3 center main caps, and the girdle bored out to accept dowel pins. The dowle pins will keep the girdle aligned with the mains, and assure that it will not shift of move. You will need GSR main bolts, gsr windage tray, gsr oil pump pickup, and gsr oil pan as well.
As if it compares to the z10, I don't know.
On my next motor I am going to use the Endyn girdle. It is very well priced ($200), and looks VERY sturdy. Info at http://www.theoldone.com

All you need is rods and pistons...a girdle might be nice but really un-necessary. Oil pan and all that is fine. Might want an oil cooler, as with any turbocharged car.
