4 bolt or 5 bolt turbine

which are you guys running 4 bolt or 5 bolt turbine to connect to downpipe. is there that big of a difference and is it worth the extra money?

This is what Ive heard: 4 bolt is more efficent than the 5 bolt. But you will have fitment issues between the turbo and block when using a 4 bolt turbo with the revhard or inlinepro manifold.
