if you got the money you can hit 500whp.with your current setup i see a little over 200 the most mainly cause the fmu sucks big time for tunning, way too rich.
but as far as a real budget you can hit 350 with your t3/t4 turbo, easy.
i would change the ssac to a full race tubular manifold, get a je or skunk2 manifold,
and of course build the block up with pistons/rods,sleeves and bored out to 77-77.5mm,hondata,550cc injectors .with just that i see 350 easy.
just look at the guy in here in honda-tech with stock block that made 300whp and 250lbs of course dint handle it much motor blew but he did make that much on almost stock everything. and of course the other guy with the turbo and nos that made 454whp and 300something lbs. both d16

Get a Tial 35mm
Get pistons/rods (you dont' need sleeves)
get hondata/uberdata
720cc injectors
Thats all you need for 350whp
I'd also look into springs/retainers and a zex cam so you can rev to 8k. Its cheap for a sohc and well worth it.

I am aiming for 300-350whp on pump gas with my D16Y8, however I have SRP pistons and Eagle Rods. You will want to have a built block to be reliable with that kind of power.

ya your going to have to get at least new sleeves, pistons, and rods because its going to require running around 20 lbs. You said your getting hondata s200b. that will do good for management.

sleeves wouldn't be necessary for that power level imo. once the car is tuned well and conservative on the tune as well.

Bwahaha. A new term for that damn thing.
SSautocrap
SSautoshit
and now SSautochode...
And to be slightly constructive in this thread, you will not be seeing 300whp on the stock bottom end as many have stated already. Also no way in hell you are going to be using an FMU. You'll need a forged bottom end with some *good* management (read hondata, uberdata AEM etc.)

I never said it was impossible, just not reliable.
