Yes way, with good tuning. You need to start out with lower boost though if you don't know what you are doing. From your statements you don't know what you are doing.
I can't remember who, but someone is running almost 500whp stock. Maybe it's Jinxproof, but not sure.

Personally I prefer stock headgaskets, but thanks for adding that.

Sure could, and guess what? GSR cams are perfect for turbo anyhow, so that's one less expense . But honestly, do a lot more research here on H-T before you start sinking money into your engine. It's better to do things right the first time, right?

That's a very broad statement. There's little more to it than that. It depends greatly on your set-up. You can't just slap any GSR cams in just any set-up, and have it work to your benefit, or make the most power for any set-up.
Just to be safe though sleeving would be a good idea too, but that's more $$$.
Truthfully there is more factual based info on turbo's in general be it Honda or any other car in the world here on Honda-Tech. IMO
You do have to tolerate some of the not so good elements of the internet too, but it's controlled for the most part.

I don't think you'll have a very reliable and long lasting setup making that kind of power with a 5k budget... sure it can be done, but I sure as hell wouldn't do it if its a daily driver.

thats correct, my daily is a B18a, t3/t4 .63 .60, and it makes about 330 hp on pump gas...with forged pistons, crower h-beams, dpr headwork, etc etc etc...i think around 10k in the motor, but when I was tuning my Profec b for the 1st time and had the WG lines hooked up wrong, I put 25 lbs in it, and all it did was spin the tires at the top of 4th gear and keep on digging...

You might be interested in a topic that Arturbo started a few weeks ago. Title was 'Turbo S2000' I believe. S2000 motor in a sand rail... looked like fun.

Stock pistons, rings, and rods will not last long with 350hp....get forged pistons and rods AT LEAST!

i know people that have been making over 350whp on all stock engines and had them last quite a while, most are still going...

I did plan on getting all brand new bearings, valve springs, chromoly rods, forged pistons, and 2 pc no gap rings.

It can be done I'm running a b16 with a stock DSM turbo t28 and i make about 280whp on a stock bottom but like they said you need good tunning i'm running on a AEM ems too though. but get a thicker head gasket just to be safe

Re: 350 Whp ? $5000 Is it Possible? Internals?????? (ucantcatchmefoo)
When you start getting close to 300WHP you risk a cracked sleeve w/stock internals.

Re: 350 Whp ? $5000 Is it Possible? Internals?????? (vtec.dc2)
i had like 50 something thousand miles on it when it got stolen
and id say about 24,000 of those miles were hard boosting, and beatin the **** out of the motor.
it had perfect compression up to the week it got stolen (i remember checking compression about 4-5 days before it got jacked)

At 350whp, you will be running at the engines threshold. There will be very little room for error. Personally, I would be so afraid to drive my car with so little margine of error....one misfire or bad fuel, and it'll be all over.
