301WHP and 255WTQ with 10psi on my little mini van
Set up:
SC 34 Precision Turbo .63 a/r
Precision FMIC
TurboXS boost controller
The oil lines were custom made by Stoney
10an return line with aeroquip fittings and the send line is NOS 3an line.
Stock Clutch and flywheel
Stock Muffler
Tial Wastgate
Tial BOV
550cc RC injectors
Hondata K-PRO
Revhard manifold
KN Filter
2.5" piping
2.5" comptech midpipe
Defi EGT gauge
Defi Oil pressure gauge
Defi Boost gauge
Polished stainless steel piping (gunmetal color piping is seen near the pipes of the fmic)
BIG THANKS to Stoney at VSV and the rest of the guys
7psi gains were 263whp and 219wtq...didn't get the dyno sheet on that....I might have forgot to pic it up, oh well.
The car runs sooooo sweet! If I drive normal, it's like nothing is there...the stock muffler works great (it's 2").
When I get on it, it just freaking screams! First just rips the hell out of the tires. Second does also. I need some better tires for sure :D
I'll run 7psi daily and use the 10psi for the track.
As for the a/f is awsome. you may be wary of one the a/f on the graph, but it's no more than 12.5. Stoney did great on the tuning! Dallas is blessed to have that shop there. They are great group of friendly no bs guys. AGAIN! Thanks Stoney!
Dyno vids will probably be up by tomorrow...also a few in the car run vids
10psi put out 301whp and 255wtq with smoothing of 5...(305 before correction)
Here's a comparison dyno of when I had the jrsc...man, I'm glad I went turbo!
Rest of the pics:

Looks good. I've never seen an oil return tapped on the bend of the oil pan .. interesting.

Hell yea, and that intercooler could easily pass as a radiator to the average joe. Very sleeper

Yeah no ****, the EP's stock radiator is pretty visible. Only differance is the color.

I drove over 200 miles to get back home. I watch and datalogged the sensors on my way back. I drove in 5th hard a few times to see how the a/f and knock was...no knock and the a/f was very safe! Around 11.9 at the most (that's with the stock o2 sensor...somewhat of a wide sensor...11.45 to 30 something)
Here's more pics of the setup, I almost forgot
this bend was probably the biggest pain for Stoney
