Re: 300zx Before and After Exhaust Thermal Barrier Coatings (si2die4)
Price depends solely on the parts/ size that are being coated. Jethot is a ceramic that acts as a insulator. This coating is a thermal barrier and can withstand temperatures that jethot cannot tollerate. That is why they dont like to touch turbo systems only N/A headers.

i've drove over 5k miles with my turbo manifold that is jethot coated with my jethot coated downpipe and jethot coated dumptube and have had zero problems. the inside of my manifold still has its coating too. Its just the JetHot 2000 degree coating, not the normal 1300 degree coating.

i believe it was 319.xx, i think they charge around 120 for a manifold to be prepped and coated. my downpipe goes from the turbo all the way to the 3in thermal exhaust, a test pipe was incorporated within it. the dumptube drops down just next to the jimfab traction bars on the car.
