my setup is in case your wondering is all stock exhaust, some of it was pieced together by old owner but most of bends are crush bends at 2.5 inches, i'm boosted currently at 6.8 psi on datalogging, my tuner gained 27 horse on 10 lbs just from switching his exhaust on his ls/vtec from 2.5 to 3 inch

I am running a three inch Downpipe to a three inch thermal exhaust with out a cat (boosted GSR sedan), and be forewarned that it is pretty loud while cruising. At wide open throttle I cant tell how loud it is because I am running an open dumptube and that is all I can here, but at freeway speeds you will notice it for sure. The thermal system is just piping and a straight through muffler, there isn't a resonator. Don't get me wrong, the system is great quality, it fits great, and has a nice sound, but there is some drone around town, on the freeway, and on the overrun it is loud as well.
