Default 3" DP with 5 bolt turbonetics flange...possible?

just looking at it and my 2.5 is pretty close to the nuts.. i would think i would run allen headed bolts insead of studs.. would 3" dp fit?

on my AC manifolds, i just eliminate one of the bolts. still seals great if you use mega-copper silicon or something in-between everything.

thats a bad idea, it'll leak sooner or later.

hmm...havent had any problems yet. if you have some small leaks after the turbo, it doesnt matter THAT much. you might register running a little leaner because of some added 02 in the system, but not enough to make a real difference.
plus, my o2 sensors are about 3 inches away from the turbo, so they get a pretty direct reading...

check out http://www.cheapturbo.com they have a nice 5 bolt/ vband thing. would be nicer and easier to work with, also fit the 3 inch dp with no prob
