Why are you running an FMU? With the sheer number of tuning programs (especially free ones) on the market today, there's no reason to gamble on an FMU. In my opinion, change the FMU out so your setup lasts

these days, FMU setups are so uncommon that i really haven't a clue to be honest

where is the fp before and after the fmu install at idle?
i would think under a load the pump would be straining, but at idle? idk. put a gauge on it and see where it is at.

i think the FMU is designed to work around the stock fuel pump.......you will probably be way over-fueling with the walbro pump. plus at 5psi you probably wont need any more fuel than what the fmu will give you.
the walbro pumps make more noise than normal anyway.....and running a 12:1 ratio FMU is just gonna make that already loud walbro pump even louder.

wow, if you don't get some kind of engine management REALLY soon. you will blow that thing really quick with that kind of "tuning".
