basically just what the title says. I was gonna put on the 15g on my stock d16 but I know i will upgrade in the future and if I was gonna go the hondata route I might as well go all out. I will just upgrade the rods and pistons, but I wanted to know what would be the best turbo that can support my goal.

screw all those get a GT28 ballbearing and will spool up quickes on your D15, compared to the ones listed above. It's ballbearing and water cooled

I would say a .57 on the comp. ,and a .48 on the exhaust side.

Am I gonna need sleeves with this setup or can I get away with just the forged rods and 9:1 forged pistons I only plan on running around 12psi max

You should be good on stock sleeves at only 260HP...but it must be TUNED!
