2004 RSX Type S getting TURBO!!!
whats up guys.....well im on way to buy a 2004 RSX type S.....The plan is to turbo it heres what i got so far:
FULLRACE manifold
HKS Intercooler Kit
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
550cc Fuel Injectors
Custom 3 Inch Downpipe & Exhaust
TurboXS Blow Off Valve
Tial 38mm wastegate
Hondata KPRO
All Custom Piping
Now where the problem is.....
I dont know what turbo i should use....My goal is to push 300WHP@6psi
T3/60-1 HIFI .48AR 60 Trim comes with the Cybernation kit and has very impressive powerband and has proved to be well worthy but is it capable of reaching my goal??
Ive been Looking @ the SC61.T3/T67 H.O,GT35R All great Turbo's!! But like i tell you i just want to push 300WHP@ 6PSI To reach my goal i would need to find a turbo that puts out 20WHP per 1PSI anybody have suggestions all are welcome THANKS GUYS!!

why only 6psi?
correct me if im wrong- it doesnt matter if you are pushing 6 psi or 12 psi to get 300whp,you are getting 300whp regardless, psi does not matter

Yes Psi does matter..the more boost your running then the harder it is on the engine so if he can make 300hp at 6psi instead of 12 psi then why not run only 6psi

I sorta agree with darkdayz,
We already know what size turbos he is looking at. Each of those turbos can achieve 300HP, but their powerband, boost level to make that power, and a few other things are going to be slightly different. But to prove the point use this example. A GT28RS and a GT35R can both make 300HP. The boost level for each turbo to make 300 HP is going to be different, and I'm willing to bet the GT28RS will have much higher IAT's too.
