2000 Civic Si JRSC kit, do I need this bracket?
because all I have is this one
I know I need to purchase some hoses and a belt, and some sort of fuel management besides this FMU. But I have never seen the upper bracket before. Is it needed only if you have A/C or P/S?

Yes , You do need that Braket. It Replaces the Factorylower Alt braket to re poistion for the blower.
