I've heard the zdyne seals go for $75(!) which seems like way to much for some $5 seals. Ill try the boring some old seals when i get home and see how that works. Thanks for the info

Re: 1st gen DSM injector on b16a (RioNinja)
Dunno, I ran neck and neck with a supercharged 95 Cobra that hits low 13's. I was only at 6 lbs, JDM S1 tranny, stock clutch, and leaking WG gasket. I'm finishing up the install on an LS YS1 and a clutchnet stage 2 as we speak, i'm also running 9 lbs of boost now.... I'd say i'm in the 12's at least.

What kind of internals are you running? still stock? and how do you like the zdyne setup? i've been considering one.

Yeah still stock internals, it's quick enough for the time being. I love my Zdyne, it's the only way to go for an 88-91 car. Customer service is excellent and the product is top notch. Check out my site, it'll give ya alittle more detail if you're intrested.

I test fit these in my car tonight, and they went in without a problem. As per Speed Phreaks suggestion, i bored out some B18a injector seals/gromets i had laying around. The DSMs seem to fit tighter into the fuel rail than my stock injectors, but that is more than likely because the o-rings were in much better shape. The stock non-obd clips will plug right up to the DSM injectors. The hardest part of the install was modifying the seals. My engine is basically stock, so i only put them in to test and will be removing them tomorrow. They obviously made my car run very rich, but with my vafc at about 30-40% lean across the board they gave acceptible readings on my A/F gauge. Problem is that with settings this extreme on the vafc, the computer will throw a code. I'll be pulling them out until i get a zdyne setup to properly control them, and more importantly, a freakin turbo
Cleaned and ready to go in..
Bored out B-series injector gromets
Ahh, fits like stock.
I think the $3.00 i paid for these at the u-pull-it yard is a little better deal then shelling out almost $400 for RCs

Re: (Arturbo)
I guess its a little easier using them in a non-obd car since the resister box is already present, and the DSM injectors use the same plugs as non-obd hondas.
