14b t25 t28 BOOST BOOST and MORE BOOST
are the 14b t25 and t28 exhaust manifold flanges the same? which of these would be good for 6-12psi maybe 15psi on race gas?

If they all came from a DSM, yes. 90% of the world's T25s/T28s are not DSM units and have a different/standard flange.

The DSM "T28" is just that, a bored out T25 with larger wheels in it. But, it is called a T28. Pretty much every DSM performance site sells em that way. It easier than callin it "a bored out T25 with larger wheels in it"
