12.51 16PSI on stock GSR
This past weekend I managed to squeeze out a couple of 12.5 runs at the track. It was in 92 hatch with a B18C1 totally stock with exception of an inline pro headgasket and crower valve springs. I ran 16 pounds of boost on a 110 octane gas. Mind you this is all done on a stock lower end, a never dynoed motor running of an afc hack, so I have no clue what the air fuel ratio is(been running this way for about a year)and no problems as of yet. No one at the track believed that is was a stock motor. The thing is, My runs look like this a 60' of around 2.1 to 2.2 and a top speed of around 119 to 121mph and a et of 12.5 to 12.55. I have a set of Z10 radius arms on it and a set of bfgoodrich drag radials, as well as the stock clutch, open differential, and stock axles. what would be some recommendation if any on how to get my 60' and mph down to achieve a better et?

best recommendation to get out of the hole hard is to ditch the Z10 bars and pickup a set of jimfab bars. The suspension geometry is going all to hell when you launch with a z10 radius arms setup.

BoostedED9 ran over 16psi on the stock, with the afc hack and SOMEHOW ran in the ballpark of 20psi when he blew the **** out of the motor...damn, he's turning into a legend/hero on here, atleast in my eyes oh yeah, stock internals...
So, it seems the whole 10psi/14.7psi debate about the stock sensor is kind of moot, though I was throwing a code at 9psi, but I had very little fuel trimmed out, so the voltage was most likely VERY high...

I have 5 check valves off the map sensor...as to the rest of the crowd, I have a rev hard turbo kit, not sure what the specs on the turbo are, with a tial wastegate 3inch thermal exhaust rc 440's, chipped computer with 9600rpm redline which I use everylast drop of.

we got the swap from a junk yard and I never split the motor and trans. so I just assume that its the stock clutch, but trust me I know its on the way out.

the idea of the hack is to let the map see boost so it adds fuel but you can't run so much boost it throws a code. you can use a voltage clamp to make it see only so much voltage though. I am runnin 11psi with no codes on my car

Buy a set of Weld Racing import drag wheels 13x8 or 14x8 but in either a 24 or 26 tall. Oh and ya you will need a good puck clutch to handle those.

My main concern with this would be fueling after 10/14.7psi (whatever). Because your ecu is only programmed to fuel to 3Vmax MAP (lets say our hacked MAP hits 3V @ 10psi), so 16psi (or XXpsi for that matter) would net you the same amount of fuel. There's no safety net there or tunability for that matter. But hey, those are impressive #'s and for those of you doin it, you've got bigger ***** and smaller wallets than me lol!
