Default 1 Civic Sedan and $4000, what's the best thing to do?

I have a 96 Civic EX Sedan and Im trying to figure out the best thing to do with my money. I've thought about do a swap with bolt-on's, or posibily rebuilding my current motor. If I rebuilt my current engine with JE pistons, Eagle rods, AEM fuel system, what kind of boost can I run max? 12psi? 18psi? How much can I spray? I figured about 150 shot. So what do y'all think? What would be the best use of $4k to get as fast as possible?

defintly swap!, id say do a LS swap w/ tranny and ECU for 2k, then save 2k and save up 2k and go turbo..

Fortunately, I'd got some great engine guys around here. I've thought about doing an LS with a Drag turbo kit. What kind of times could that pull?

Man if you go with the H22 say good by of all your hopes of turning. If you want torque go with the B20 aka CRV engine and get its head swaped with a GSR head that will run pritty good.
