Considering you can turbocharged pretty much any internal combustion engine, the r/s will have no effect upon turbocharing. The ls has a r/s of 1.54:1 and the gsr has a r/s of 1.58:1. Which engine are you speaking of?

You must be using a custom crank, since the prelude cranks were 95mm. Your running a deck plate on the engine I assume?

Some quick pointers with r/s. The cylinder walls get loaded less with higher r/s ratios. The piston speed will be much greater smaller r/s ratio. It better to have a longer rod for high revving purposes. Also the r/s plays into where you'll make your horsepower and torque characteristics of the engine.
