0.025 gap for spark plug for a turbocharged car?
when i start my car it hesitates and is about to stall out so everytime i start it up i have to assist the engine by pressing on the throttle. i was told to gap it at that from a shop and was wondering if this is the correct gap. thanks in adv

Do you have the stock ignition? When I had the stock ignition I ran a .028 gap(no problems), but if you have an ignition you should be able to run a larger gap....not really sure what that gap should be though...

so you got that problem after you gap it at 0.025? why don't you try to gap it back to .032 and see what happen...

yeah, i'm going to do that this weekend since i'm busy during the weekdays. but, it might be that or the timing because i was having problems with the timing and now it is set at 16 for the ignition timing. don't know which one it is but i'll narrow it down the problem this weekend.
