new crap! woot.
oopps, i screwed up the title. i alway do that.
my new 60-1 to4b houseing turbo! (cold side used to be on cody from lovefab's 400whp srt4), and its a .63 AR hotside (t3). rebuilt by arizona turbo, in phoenix. balanced as amazingly as possible also, jeremy said.
i dont have pics of the finished intake side-the filter is now attached with a 3'' silicone 90degree bend, and the filter faces forward. super smooth, etc. i love it.
next up are my new midnight prowling/drag racing wheels/tire, hx wheels with bfg drag radials up front, and 13'' vx wheels with itsy-bitsy skinnys on the rear.! thanks luke for the hx wheels! they hook up a lot more, i cannot believe how much more fun it is on the street. shooting for mid 12's on these, and high 11's with slicks (eventually). i retuned the car w/ the 60-1 on it, tuned it to 20 psi. its pretty wild.
you can also see, kinda, my new pass-side quarter panel i just had installed. he painted the rear quarter and the roof. really happy with that. you can also see my sweet new 91-ex brakes, which worked flawlessly at gingerman at WHMH6. NO FADE
no finished pics of my new exhaust (looks same from rear), but below is a before pic.
the two resonators in the center had started to collase in on themselves(like a crushed pop can) and were killing flow (they were 3'' ID before, now it was like a 2'' sqaure center-weird, we've never seen that before.) the whole muffler was crushing kinda. the only explanation we could think of was that it was from torque slamming them a bit. (or letting off the throttle.). the exhaust was mounted on factory hangers, etc, and had lots of play.
i cut them out and just put straight pipe in place(3''). the aft-axle setup is 3.5''. it sounds awesome now. wish i would have done this originally.
in this pic you can kinda see my 87 crx hf aluminum rear drums too. they shave 6 lbs of rotational weight on each side, aid in cooling, etc. kinda silly ,but every bit counts.
probably having superdave from whip-factory tune it shortly, make some more power from it. shooting for 350 or so w/STOCK HEAD/STOCK CAM. last dyno was at 254 whp/297 wtq. (smaller turbo, too much boost, restrictive exhaust-unless speedquest's dyno is screwed up)

its a svo t3, .63 AR. just a simple setup.
yeah, it has a lot of torque, it ripped the rear mount out of the trans. i dont know how.

i got it for next to nothing, and it fit perfectly with my current setup (already had an .60 t3 setup, and the housing is the same size basically, except the inlet)
