the wg flange cracked.......7000 miles on the manifold. At

first crack was after 2500 miles on runner zyl 1.

at least I was able to get out radiator, turbo, manifold within 1 hour it is so hard to get all bolts out, cause there is basicaly no room for the fingers

what is interesting is that it cracks in the identical spot, every single time -- right along the stress risers on each scallop of the weld. a perfect example of stress crack propagation over a crappy robotic tig weld

It will crack, eventually crack, and it's probably the most proned cracked manifold in the market today BRACED OR NOT BRACED. Save yourself the headache people and sell the damn thing or throw it away cause it will eventually make its way into the garbage can. I hate when I see post like this, soo sad..your better off saving your money and run a Inline Pro or the best of the best Full-Race. I offered my friend a Full Race manifold because that is what I run, and he was like "naw I found one on ebay" I just laughed and told him it would crack. Well Mr. Know it all thought it wouldn't and what happened on his drive to Canada..his freaking wastegate fell off LOL. Same as you. Good Luck bro, hope you get your car up and running soon.

I was the 2nd guy here on h-t which bought and installed the meng header. At this time for 1.5 years nobody had known about cracking issues on this manifold. I payed 650 usd if I rememebr correctly. I give him one chance and will switch to another brand.
