Alright, I am getting real close to needing to have my LS-T tuned ... so I am trying to cover all bases before this goes down.
Since I'll need LSD and the LS trans isn't so great anyway I am planning to evetually swap my LS trans for maybe a JDM GSR or ITR trans ....
<U>So the question is</U> :
If I get my car tuned, and later swap trannys ... will that affect my tuning ... and then make me need to retune?
My first thought would be no, as it doesn't directly affect the amount of air/fuel entering/exiting the motor ....
....but...wouldn't different gearing change the amount of load on the engine at a given RPM????

DAMN! I can't afford to get a different trans right now.... and I am wanting to be boosted and tuned by the beginning of July ..... looks like it'll be along time before I'll have LSD ... cause after its tuned I plan to be done with it for a little while , definately not looking to pay to get it retuned right away ...
