Default **Best Headwork for Turbo Setup (P&P, Valvejob, etc.)?**

my head is going to the machine shop next week and was wondering what the best type of headwork to be done would be? What sort of porting & polishing, valvejobs and whatnot?

Thanks in advance,
Anthony

you may want to consider oversizing your exhaust valves

I know that a little goes a long way sometimes, but is .5mm going to make much of a difference?

well the machine shop generally knows what's best.
tell them your setup and they should be able to work it accordingly. since your turbocharged they'll probably work it more so the exhaust side flows better.

I got another question for this thread. If a head has been P&P from portflow but it was too All Motor specs will it still be ok for a big turbo setup?

There's lots of guys running big turbo setups on stock heads, so I don't see why not. I would mostly worry about how much they milled it (if they did).
