** PiC ** PiC ** of my completed CUSTOM turbo project
Well, it had been completed, and everything is working A1. The car has been running strong for a week now. I ran a stunning 12,89 1/4 on a gtech pro at about minus 10degrees celcius outside temp, on 14inch winter tires and 94 gas.
Setup specs:
Td04hl modified (don't know what the mods are, but the exhaust inlet is huge)
Mod starion Intercooler
DSM BOV
450cc DSM
SCM+
Custom Manifold
Custom downpipe
Just to mention, that I made this turbo setup while having zero experience in welding :D
Many thanks to Montreal racing, CCQ, SVR performance, Camo, PSM performance, HMT, Advance EFI, H-T for all the precious informations
Hope you can see the pics.

awesome set-up man! Where did you get your manifold pipes and t's?? and where did you get the charge pipes. As soon as i sell my car, hopefully in a couple weeks, i will start my new project. a civc w/ b18b and t3/t04e, but i will be fabricating the exhaust manifold and all the charge and exhust pipes. Also where did you get that intercooler and how much?? What fuel management are you running. I will be going hondata. Thanks a lot man.

i like your choice of pipe routing, it looks like it would flow nicely. looks like you have a ton of clearance there compared to some setups. nice work!
how much boost are you running?
how do you like the operation of the SMC+ ?

Hi, the smc+ is working Ok, not the best but it's ok. Still get a rough idle and unsmooth sometime when decelarating. Tried almost imaginable setup, but still cannot resolve the problem.
Thanks

******* nice.
You did a great job for yor first time. You have the spot on custom setup with the smc+ and injectors.

Re: ** PiC ** PiC ** of my completed CUSTOM turbo project (Hybrid)
Thanks for your appreciations. Especially knowing it's a homemade edition. But anyone experimented a problem et idle with the SMC+. My car is idelingup and down and sometime idle if I leaned it a 39+ %. Now, I have the run the idle at a crazy -20% to make it ok, but still acting like a big tune V8 block.
Thanks
Thanks
