i'm a complete turbo noob so dont flame too much... but are any of the links above (i'm skimming through them now and will read them in more detail later) good for describing what things should be done to build a motor right to handle high boost reliably?

i almost need **** broken down to a retarded level beacuse i literally know nothing and i'm reading everything i can get my hands on TO learn.

OK im not exactly sure where to post this and as i am new and cant start a thread that i think here is a good place to put it. I have a 90 Integra LS and I just came into a Garret T3 turbo....just the turbo. it needs a waste gate acuator and EVERYTHING else. As I have never realy worked on turbos installed them I need help. I need to know what I need to get it up and running and some direction on where to get the parts on the cheap if at all possible if anyone could PM me with ANY help i would be totaly greatful. Also I have a 88 civic hatch with the swapout i want to turbo but again need some direction.
