Re: ***The Official JRSC Thread***
My bad. I haven't had a chance to figure out what's wrong yet. I believe my exhaust setup is not flowing as well as it should. I'm using a Kami with 3" collector with a step down test pipe into a Comptech catback. I'm not sure if the Comptech is 2.36 or 2.25 (I never got a definitive answer from searches). In either case, the airflow is probably being restricted here since, at a minimum, I should be running a 2.5" exhaust setup. Also my buddy thinks another culprit could also be boost pushing the valve open from either weak valve springs or too tight of valve lash.

Re: ***The Official JRSC Thread***
Anyone know where I can buy idler pulleys?
Just noticed minor clicking type noise.
I haven't diagnose which pulley is bad but I'd like to know before dive in.
Is bearing on the jrsc idler pulley replaceable? If it is, anyone know part # of the bearing?
Thank you.

Do you have plastic or aluminum pulleys ??? There were some aluminum pulleys that had a snap-ring style circlip that held the bearings in place. The plastic pulleys have the bearings cast in, so you replace the whole thing.

Do you know where I can get aluminum pulleys?
It would be easy for me to replace just bearings.
You can order the original idler pulleys through Moss Motors 800-667-7872. You'd have to give them a call since they don't have the part on their site, but they do still have them in stock. Ask for the following part numbers
051-627 2.0" Idler Pulley (top tensioner) $49.99
051-628 2.5" Idler Pulley(lower tensioner) $58.99
051-627 2.0" Idler Pulley (top tensioner) $49.99
051-628 2.5" Idler Pulley(lower tensioner) $58.99
051-628 X 1 2.5” lower Idler pulley $58.99 + shipping
051-627 X 1 2.0” upper idler pulley $49.99 + shipping
Ever since they've changed their website, it is difficult to find info on the website.

Zerg336, the aluminum pulleys are no longer available... they are long gone. I only asked because if you had them and they were in good condition, you could replace the bearings only. Motorvations Motorsports has them in stock as well... and they are much easier to work with than Moss Motors is. Not sure what part of the US you are located in, but if you are in the East... or even in the Midwest, MVM can likely save you some shipping as well. (205) 661-3600.

Grifty, your HP numbers sound great... but the Torque numbers seem impossibly high, so I am sure there is a mathematical conversion error there somewhere. The engine output is solid, and based on the HP curve you have posted, it appears that the peak torque numbers would be in the 140-150 ft/lbs range.
Congratulations and well done. Impressive numbers for a "single jingle" !!!

I do plan on taking it to a different dyno for some pulls in the near future to see the difference in numbers, but for now will be hitting the 1/4 mile in hopes of a 13 second pass

ATTENTION!!! Group buy opportunity
I have been in contact with 1320 performance and they have agreed to start production of a kamikaze style header so long as I can get 10 or more deposits of $100.
The group buy price will be $299 with test pipe or $275 without. And that includes shipping withing the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional cost of approximately $45-55
The header will be made of 304 stainless steel and will be a 2 piece design with a v-band connecting the 2, it will also have a 2.5" collector.
The expected wait time until the finished product is available is 3 months. Could be sooner but can take up to 3 months.
This price is for the group buy only and once the group buy is over the retail price will be $349
