Yes, I cut my own out of a sheet of gasket material.

Which size injectors do you guys use? What is your max duty cycle and what whp does your system put out?

I have 450cc injectors and expect ~280whp. I'm concerned they will be too small.

You think 440's will be enough for 10 psi, on the lht cooler? Also what fuel pump should I go with?

got a little dillema...

i've got a 94gsr with the usual i/h/e/cams, clutch, etc etc.... and it is satisfying to a point. i dont want this car to turn into my full out race machine, as im buying another hatch in a couple years once im out of college. in the past month, my cousin, brother and friend all picked up newer cars -- a wrx, s2k, and an evo.... simply, im left in the dust...

im kind of just looking for kind words on a JRSC setup to keep my entertained until then. looking to run mid 13's, no more than 240whp... it is daily driven 250miles per week, and 105xxx miles on the OG motor... compression is 220psi, exactly, on all cylinders...

kind of just want to bolt up the charger, get it tuned, and carry on. tired of buying n/a parts that net me a 14.5 1/4 time.... also dont want to deal with the complication of a turbo setup....

the JRSC is for me..... right? </TD></TR></TABLE>

NO.... go turbo

JRSC on an integra would probably get you about a 13.8 or so on stock boost. at least thats what i've seen around here.

i have a GSR with a JRSC and i have no problem beating stock EVO's

I'm in the same position and am thinking not. I think 550s are border line.

I'll have to check with John next time I talk to him.

What size motor are you running? I'm thinking 450cc might be enough for 230-250whp in a B16A.

I have a 99 Si, is it possible to get the blower pulley off, with the setup still in the car, or will there not be enough clearance next to the frame rail?

If it's not stuck on there too tightly, you can drop the blower off of the bottom of the manifold and maneuver it around a bit and do it, that's what I did a few weeks ago. If you have to get a puller on it, then it will all probably have to come off.

What are your thoughts on my setup (see below). After seeing your setup I'm thinking my 550s will be too small.

My setup.:

85mm GSR - 1979cc
ENDYN Ported M62
WISCO/ENDYN roller wave pistons (CR~10.2:1)
LHT Intercooler (John has the manifold now)
03/04 Cobra Heat Exchanger & Reservoir
Kamikaze Header & 2.5" cat/exhaust
b16a camshafts
Endyn stepper pulley
3.8" blower pulley
LS crank pulley (6.4" outer / 6.0 inner)
Blower speed should top out around 15,500.

I'm expecting 10psi after the intercooler and ~280+whp.

440's will be too small, 550's probably will be too, and at least get some GSR cams, that should be a really nice setup

the key is tuning. i have rc 440's, just run it a little rich up top and you should be fine.

i don't overheat my car cause i don't beat on it like i used to when it was n/a. n/a, had to rev to 8k just to get the car moving. after the JR install i shift at 4k now to get up to speed. when i need fun i go to 8k. it's a daily driver, not a drag queen.

I'm looking for an ITR exhaust cam or a turbo cam, but haven't had much luck.
