1992 vx hatch (body needs clean up but is solid still has the wheel well liners even )

Needs to be towed (no longer have dolly)
(Needs fresh gas + battery) when I bought it was told it ran but smoked just needed things listed I had a dolly to bring it home so I have never ran it myself.
