I'm trying to help my brother start his 2005 Civic. I'm pretty sure it is a fuel pump problem. Where is the easiest place to disconnect the fuel line in the engine compartment to check for fuel? I know I can remove the rear seat and get at the fuel pump but I'd pefer to do it in the engine compartment. That way, if I'm wrong and the pump is working, I won't spray fuel indie the passanger compartment!

2003 LX with A2 head swap - low compression cyl 2/3?

Hi, my friend sold me his 03 LX with a slightly leaking head gasket - I picked an A2 head from a junkyard and had it milled (might as well add vtec if I'm pulling the head...), then ground the valves and replaced the stem seals myself. Essentially, it will not run right and I'm looking for help.

Details:
-adjusted rockers 6 times, pretty confident that they're good

-checked compression cold, seems like it's 130-90-90-125 but that was a couple rocker adjustments ago, so I don't know for sure

-It starts no problem cold and drives around fine, but if I turn it off and try to restart it, it won't start unless I hold my foot to the floor

It ran and drove fine with the blown head gasket, didn't exhibit this behavior at all - just burned coolant. So worst case scenario in my mind, maybe I didn't grind some of the valves enough and it's leaking compression there - but why would it start easily cold?

I should make myself do a leak-down test, I know, but I'm hoping maybe I'm overlooking something. Thanks.

I did take it to the nearest Honda. They made a video:
https://app.mykaarma.com/service-car...media/0/view/1

The original estimate was about 8 hours. I brought it in very early yesterday around 7:30 am. They called about 1 pm yesterday and told me they had to keep it overnight. They called around 2 pm today and said it might be late tomorrow morning. That's 48+ hours they will have had it.

I have a 04 civic 4d with a stuck rear left window. I tried everything to get it to go up. I tired replacing the motor and regulator, but it still wont go up. Turns out the wire that is used to connect the master switch to the rear switch that makes the window go up is bad. I don't know where exactly, and it's about to rain where I live. Is there anyway I can manually connect the two switches together (like a bypass or hotwire) to make the window go up? How do I hotwire the motor itself (in case there is no way to connect the two switches manually
