Hello, I'm at wits end on this problem. Dealership is also unable to fix.
Owner 2023 accord hybrid.
Problem: when trying to install Alexa it says "retrieving code" then it says " unable to process your request at this time try again." Another time when iit said "connectivity problem."
I tried disconnecting battery still the same.
I tried to reboot the system from the touch screen by holding down Home button 10 to 15 seconds. Still no luck.
I want to do a default factory reset but there is no option in general or system settings.
My Amazon account is good too go and works fine on all my other devices.
I also have hot spot but this doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.
The Alexa and Amazon music where working fine no problem until I disconnected the battery to clean terminals. Everything except Alexa is working fine.
Any advise would greatly be appreciated. How do I do a default factory reset with no screen option?
Thank you kindly
