Default Troubleshooting: ignition timing: which pins to use on P13?

I have a 95 prelude which is used in circle track. Engine is basically stock. All of the dash and wires hack been removed so there is no plug to jump to set timming. Im' using a p13 ecu. Does anyone know which pins to jump to set timming.

Connect D4 to ground.

With the key on, D4 needs to see a good ground to make the MIL flash. Do it the way you are most comfortable.

Like this: Quality chassis ground bolt -> generic two pin switch -> D4 @ ECU. This way, you can check engine codes and set timing any time you choose.
