Icon6 D16 OBD1 tuning questions

Hi, im planning on turbocharging my d16y7 in the following few months, and i've been doing research but the only thing I'm still sort of confused about is how to burn ROMS onto a chipped ecu (im probably going to use a p06, with a chip kit with crome). I read about the motes BURN2, OSTRICH, etc... but i'm wondering about if theres any other way to do it? since im on a pretty tight budget.

If you can't afford a chip burner you can't afford a running turbo d16. You buy a basemap from wherever and your tuner which you also can't afford will burn the map for you.

Tuning is the foundation of every quality build... and MOST Honda/Acura owners think about this last when they have run out of money. So buy a Hondata s300 or Neptune equivalent FIRST... then save some more cash and buy your turbo kit.
