Default Analysis: Is this OBD1 P75 ECU stock or was it modified to accept Crome?

Okay so I bought this ecu from a guy for $100 said it was chipped and tuned on crome. But this **** looks stock to me I'm not an expert on ecus by any means but I don't see any difference from a stock p75 to this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Stock. Bad news, your friend is full of it. Good news, no one fucked it up yet so it’s a good candidate for an S300 install. Solder away.

Okay thanks so I talked to him and he said that he was overseas serving our great country. When he came back he took it to a shop and said they tuned it he said he wasnt sure if it was remapped or chipped but I never even knew you could remap the ecu without chipping it. Did the tune shop he went to bs him?

You can't. It's a stock ecu. Doesn't matter anyway, if it was tuned is his car it wouldn't be in your car, unless you got his engine too.

I wouldn't even trust one word he says. Might want to do a compression test on the swap prior to install. Saves you the headache.
