Got some worn cam caps just wondered if I should still use them on a 700hp build one u can feel with ur nail should I just leave them or maybe hand polish any high bits if there are any just after some imput as been looking for another head and they all pretty much the same

on the cheapness, could probably hand polish.
the correct way to fix it would be to shave a couple thousandths off the mating surface of the head or cam caps, then get all the cam bores align honed to proper bore specs.
