Piston rings

Honda 2000 Accord 2.3 vte 4cyl model F23A4 engine where can I purchase cast rings rather than chrome; I was advised the chrome will not seat well if bore is not perfectly round, what do you think.

They will seat, just not as quickly and will smoke for longer.
