OEM Bearing Sizes

I am currently in the process of rebuilding a B16A2 to put in my 1991 CRX. This engine rebuild will be all OEM spec except for the cams which are CTR cams. I have torn down the entire engine and measured everything using a bore gauge and micrometers. Everything is within new factory spec so far and I am in the process of selecting bearings to use. I am an OEM guy and would like to use OEM main and rod bearings but I am having trouble with the sizing. I have found some charts online that give you the thickness based on the color (https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced...arings-715505/) but my numbers are not coming out when compared to those numbers. Now, I don't know what the factory spec is for the main bearing housing in the block (not listed in the service manual) but I do know that the factory spec for the rods is 48 mm (1.89 in) I.D. of the rod and 44.976-45.000 mm (1.7707-1.7717 in) O.D. of the journal which, using the middle factory spec oil clearance (0.032-0.050 mm (0.0013-0.0020 in)) of 0.041 mm (0.00165 in) you would get a bearing thickness of 1.465 mm (0.05775 in) if you use the middle value for the journal diameter as well. This thickness value is not on the chart as it is thinner than the thinnest value. I would expect these middle values to correspond to the green bearings. I know how to identify bearings using the block, crank, and rods but this engine has been previously rebuilt (ACL bearings were in it when torn down) so I don't know if anything has been machined since it left the factory, so I don't want to completely rely on the engine markings to make my bearing selection. From my measurements, it seems nothing has been touched.

So, here is the meat of my question for the community. Am I messing something up or is this chart incorrect? I have seen other forum posts talking about this referencing these numbers. I am tempted to just use the markings on the engine to make a determination and the ACL bearings that came out of the engine were standard (meaning greens most likely) but I measured the engine so I could select the absolute correct bearings. And yes, I do have plastigage but I was going to use that as a final check before reassembly. I don't want to have to return these bearings or buy new ones by using the "check and purchase" method that is described in the service manual. Considering all my numbers are within new spec (with the exception of the main bearing housing which I cannot confirm at this time) I would expect the OEM bearings to have a size that would fit.

Though I believe I am competent at this whole rebuilding mechanical assemblies thing, this is the first engine that I will be fully rebuilding. I have done lots of work on multiple Hondas (K and B series) but I have never measured out an engine and had to order the correct bearings. I was hoping some people who are more experienced could help guide me in the correct direction when it comes to selecting the correct bearings.

Thanks!
