Need Advice/Help With Broken Cylinder Wall

Hello all. Looking for some direction. Recently took the fun car out and had a little too much fun. Ended up on a tow truck with what I thought was a blown head gasket. Just tonight I got everything torn down and saw this. Pretty depressing.

The motor is a boosted F23, with Wiseco K20 pistons and Molnar rods. Only has about 4K on the rebuild. Currently running about 18lbs at 290+/- HP. Wondering if this even repairable or if I should be looking at a new block. I think the head will be fine, I’m sure those small imperfections from metal particles can be smoothed out. Obviously my concern is the block. Also any insight on why this could have happened would be helpful as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
