Best B16A Gasket/Seal Kit & CKF

Anyone have a good suggestion on where to pick up a full gasket/seal kit for a B16A? Also need an obd2 oil pump & ckf stuff to bring the engine up to obd2 specs to pass NYS inspection. Thank you.
