B18c1 valvetrain upgrade

Hey everyone noob question but never really messsd with a head before. I have a head I’m pulling off to replace a head gasket, previous owner did a bad job and leaks on a leak down test. I know about having the head checked for warrpage. I’m going to replace the valves, springs, retainers, lma’s, stem seals and throwing a S2 Tunner Stage 1 cams. The head dosent have any issues no clicking and recently did a valve job, runs quiet. Would I also need to have a valve job on the seats? And what about valve guides?

Take the vales out clean and inspect. Carb cleaner with carbon remover works best. Look for pitting in the radius with flashlight. Hand lapping can be done to freshen up the valve seal and show seat health.
On the guides you need to remove the springs. Then use an indicator to check radial play. Also check the stem diameter. Spec is in the service manual. Cheers
