B16A3 vs B16A SiR-II

Hey guys, I'm buying a 1992 Civic Hatchback Si that's already coming with a B16A3. I like the B16A SiR-II more but even though I'm not planning a swap anytime soon, I'm a little curious about which engine runs better between the two, could anyone tell me what the A3 has over the SiR-II or vice versa?

Differences are so minor I would never bother swapping a B16 for another B16 (exception maybe being a CTR engine). Someone could sneak into your garage, swap your engine to a JDM B16A overnight, and you'd never know the difference.

If you want more power then keep the B16 transmission that you (theoretically) already have, and swap in a 1.8 or 2.0L VTEC engine.

It's going to come with an S4C transmission but I'll probably just leave the engine in there. I know I'll get more power from a B18 or B20 VTEC but I just have a soft for the B16A engines.

Unless you plan to boost the B16A, go with a larger displacement B series. Had a JDM B16A back in the day and I hated it. Torque was literally non-existent.
